On this tour you visit Mgahinga National Park in the South Western Uganda to see Mountain Gorillas in the Jungles. On arrival at Entebbe airport you will be picked by our guide. Transfer up to your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe town.
Day 1: Kampala – Drive to Mgahinga
In the morning you will drive from Kampala to Mgahinga National Park via Kampala – Masaka – Mbarara highway. En route stop over at the equator before reaching Masaka town for brief explanation about equator, photos and snacks is included.
After continue with the journey. Another stopover in Mbarara for lunch, after lunch proceed to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park.
Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Mgahinga.
Have early morning transfer up to the Park offices or starting point in Mgahinga with your packed lunch for the short briefing conducted to highlight trekkers on how to behave while in the Jungle and in presence of Mountain Gorillas.
After briefing, the journey to the Jungle is started with the Park ranger guide following the well-established routes.
After locating them in the Jungle you are allowed to be in their presence for only one hour. After return to the lodge for Dinner and Overnight
Day 3: Kisoro – Drive to Entebbe airport
Have your morning breakfast at the lodge. After check out for your exciting journey back to Kampala/Entebbe including the en route stopover in Mbarara town for Lunch.
