This Safari takes you to Lake Mburo National Park in the Western part of Uganda near Mbarara town to enjoy its Wildlife. This protected area is home to Wild animals like Elephants, Buffaloes, Lions, Zebras, Warthogs, Bush pigs, Antelopes, Topi, Oribi, reed bucks and more. On arrival our guide will pick you from Entebbe airport and transfer up to your hotel in Kampala.
Day 1: Kampala – Lake Mburo National Park
Early in the morning you will start the journey to Lake Mburo National park via Kampala- Masaka- Mbarara highway including en route stopover at the equator. After equator continue to the Park.
Day 2: Game drive & Afternoon Boat ride
After morning breakfast, embark our 4×4 wheel drive pop up Safari jeep for a game drive to see different Wildlife species like Elephants, Buffaloes, Lions, Zebras, Impala, Kobs, Topi, Oribi, Sitatunga and more.
After this 3-4 hour experience, return to the lodge for lunch. You will have an afternoon boat ride along Lake Mburo to see some aquatic species. After return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Nature Walk – Drive back to Kampala
After a guided nature walk through the park’s forests you return to the lodge. Later you will start the journey back to Kampala. Our Safari guide will drop you at the airport.
